Forandringskraft believes the best solutions often already exist – on a small scale. The goal is to strengthen and scale these emerging initiatives by connecting local action with a broader national movement and agenda. According to a 2024 survey, 82 percent of Danes do not believe that society will be better in 10 years. That calls for action. This is why Forandringskraft brings together up to 500 people each year to create inspiration, direction and courage for those working towards positive change in society. Throughout the year, Forandringskraft collaborates with a range of communities, partnerships, alliances and similar initiatives, helping create the right conditions for their work on everything from the green transition and wellbeing to democracy and welfare.

People and methods that make a difference

Forandringskraft also serves as a platform for knowledge sharing. It brings together good examples, methods and connections that can inspire others to address society’s challenges in new and more sustainable ways.
