Thoras is our café and window to the world. Here, we offer freshly baked bread and cakes made from Nordic, organic grain. The café is open to everyone who wishes to visit us. For breakfast you can enjoy our sourdough buns with cheese and butter, as well as a selection of sweet pastries while enjoying a cup of coffee from Coffee Collective. For lunch you can enjoy the vegetarian dish of the day, a grilled sandwich and cold beverages.

Thoras is built on the foundation of organic and seasonal produce and vegetarian meals. We use seasonal greens when pickling, fermenting and preserving and are continuously inspired from culinary traditions around the world. Everyone is welcome at the table in Thoras.
